We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to make changes or accept it back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves us. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, we want to make it right.
Please email us at dualismhq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review it and resolve it as quickly as we can.
We are unable to process claims raised after the 48-hour window has passed.
